Our Promise:
We believe nonprofit organizations should be radically transparent and community-accountable.
We don’t believe in CEOs taking $200K or $300K salaries. Ours doesn’t even have a salary yet. (She’s working a full-time job elsewhere while building this.)
We’re committed to openly sharing our financials, program impact, and strategic decisions with our community.
